  • For condos or townhomes, this is the time we review all homeowners association information to determine if there would be financial stress or risk with your purchase.

  • Now is this time we help you navigate the end of the financing process.

  • We create a comprehensive checklist for your final walkthrough.

  • We will attend your closing to help navigate lender documentation and complete the transaction.

  • Finally, we create a post-closing checklist for you.
