Thank you to everyone who came out to our Fall Food Truck Event. It was our first but won't be our last! After 2+ plus years behind masks and meetings over Zoom, it was nice to see all your friendly faces. We have some exciting things planned for 2023 and hope to see you there.

If you are looking for a reason to reach out to clients and help keep yourself top of mind, consider dropping a line about the 2021 Property Tax due dates. Cook County has fallen way behind and blew past their end of summer goal, straight through their fall goal, and the latest is that the bill will not be out until later this year with a due date in late December. Typical Cook County bureaucracy! But your Cook County homeowners will very much appreciate the update as Cook County is significantly off schedule this year and all homeowners need to plan accordingly.
You might want to let your clients know their bills will be late this and to make sure, if they don't escrow for taxes, that they put money aside for their second installment taxes.
